MALCOLM G.THOMAS

Malcolm Thomas has worked in the automotive industry for over 35 years with seventeen years Automotive Consultancy experience. During that time he has led projects with BMW, both used car consultancy and training, Nissan Ireland, Honda Ireland, Mercedes Ireland, Kia Ireland, Porsche and Proton.

He has worked with manufacturers and importers in developing bespoke solutions to network opportunities for development. Before working as a consultant, Malcolm worked for twenty years in retail dealership management and successfully completed a management buyout of a substantial dealer group.

TONY SMITH

Tony Smith has worked in dealership consultancy for 15 years. During this time Tony has worked with major clients and has an excellent track record of demonstrating dealer development improvements through bespoke consultancy. His current responsibilities include the delivery of sales and management training modules for BMW, as well as working 'in dealership' delivering consultancy and coaching for a number of key clients.

Tony's background is predominantly senior positions within the sales department of reputable main franchise dealerships.
