consultancy offers a menu of support for the Used Vehicle Business. The support is based upon a detailed initial audit to determine
the needs of each site, followed by a bespoke programme to develop the
business.
- Bespoke programmes are compiled to
develop the business to a pace and level appropriate to each situation.
- The
programme will enable the Dealership to plan a series of Consultancy support
days that will develop performance in the areas of weakness/potential.
- Each development area consists of a number of issues that are to be
influenced in order to improve performance. The on-site Consultancy will
offer whatever guidance/support is required based upon the number of days per area
identified.
